What areas do you cover? Do you travel across the country?
Yes. I'm based in Deva, Hunedoara county, but I photograph events anywhere in Romania. Travel is free within Deva and Hunedoara; elsewhere a travel fee of 30 EUR / 100 km (round trip) applies, calculated automatically in the price calculator and included in the contract.
How do I book my event date?
First you check whether the date is available, then you build your package in the price calculator and sign the contract online in a few steps. The date is firmly reserved once the contract is signed and the booking deposit (30% of the total) is paid.
How much is the deposit and how is it paid?
The booking deposit is 30% of the package value and secures your date in the calendar. The balance is paid on the event day. Prices are in EUR and paid in RON at the National Bank (BNR) exchange rate of the payment day.
How long until I receive the photos?
Delivery takes up to 120 working days from the event. You receive a private online gallery where you can download the edited photos in high resolution.
How many photos do I get and are they edited?
The number of photos depends on the type of event and the hours covered, but you receive every good frame, selected and professionally edited (colour, light, contrast). I don't deliver unedited or failed shots.
Do you also offer video / filming?
Yes, filming can be added as a separate service. You can select it in the price calculator or we can discuss it on the contact page. You can see examples on the Films page.
What happens if I need to cancel or move the date?
The booking deposit is non-refundable, because a reserved date blocks other requests. If something unexpected comes up, contact me as soon as possible and we'll look for a solution together — subject to availability, the date can be rescheduled.
Do you also do studio, portrait or product sessions?
Yes. Besides events (weddings, christenings, 18th birthdays), I do studio and outdoor portraits, Christmas sessions and product photography for brands and online shops, in Deva and the surrounding area.
Do I get a contract? Is everything official?
Yes. Every collaboration is based on a service contract that you sign online and receive as a PDF by email. The contract covers the chosen package, the price, the deposit, the delivery term and all the clauses.
Can I give a photo session as a gift?
Yes. You can order a gift voucher personalised with a name and a message, delivered as a PDF. You'll find it on the Gift vouchers page.
